By accessing HireDesk, you agree to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Arian Azmoudeh ("HireDesk", "we", "us", "our"), operating as a sole proprietorship. If you are using HireDesk on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes not violating applicable labor laws or using the service to discriminate against applicants.

3. AI Disclaimer

HireDesk provides AI-assisted features (summaries, rankings). You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are suggestions, not facts.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI summaries for accuracy.
• You bear full responsibility for all hiring decisions made using the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

HireDesk is provided "as is". We are not liable for hiring outcomes, lost data, or missed candidates.
