HireDesk ("we", "us"), operated by Arian Azmoudeh, is committed to protecting the privacy of candidates and hiring teams. This policy explains how we collect, use, and process data, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information necessary to facilitate the hiring process:

• Candidate Data: CVs, resumes, interview recordings, contact details.
• User Data: Emails, names, and usage logs of hiring managers.

3. How We Use AI

HireDesk uses AI algorithms to:

• Parse and extract text from resumes to a structured format.
• Rank candidates based on match to job descriptions provided by the Customer.
• Transcribe and summarize video interviews.

Note: HireDesk AI does not make final hiring decisions. All offers and rejections are initiated by human users.

4. Data Retention

We retain candidate data only for as long as instructed by our Customers (the hiring company). Customers may configure retention policies (e.g., delete after 6 months).
